This web site is dedicated to French Impressionist painter Emile Delobre (1873-1956).

Emile Delobre was a very talented, extraordinary man. He possessed an unusually sophisticated technique, masterly skill, and under-appreciated talent. He lived a simple life and worked in the Wildenstein Gallery in Paris as a consultant restorer until he retired at the age of 72. His works are part of the permanent collection of the Gustave Moreau museum in Paris and the Huntington House Museum in Windsor, Connecticut. Learn more about Emile Delobre.
